Creation of an Andalusia-Morocco Fishing Observatory (OPAM) for scientific and technical cooperation and exchange of information in the field of fishing and aquaculture.

The project put forward has the overall goal of promoting scientific and technical communication and collaboration between Andalusia and Morocco on matters of fishing and aquaculture.
